Baloch Society Of North America (BSO-NA)
Baloch Society Of North America (BSO-NA)  is working to unite and Organize all Baloch in North America and to
expose the Occupation of our land (Balochistan)  and  exploitations of our resources by  Pakistani and Iranian
Governments, and to bring their Human Rights Violations in Balochistan into the world’s Notice.
Addressing the participants, he blamed Afghanistan for the breakdown of law and order and drug smuggling in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan.
"We are being punished for our past mistakes. The Taliban we supported in the past have now
turned against us,” he said, adding that the government would continue its mission to stop trafficking of narcotics for good.

Earlier, a huge cache of narcotics, seized during various raids by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), was set on fire. Magsi praised the efforts of the ANF
and said that it was doing everything in its power to eliminate narcotics from the Pakistani society. "ANF officials, despite being understaffed, are
working in a well-organised manner,” he said.

The Balochistan governor said the number of drug addicts in the province had swelled to 500,000, and that 100,000 young people start using narcotics
every year.

Every Pakistani would have to work to stop the sale and usage of drugs, he said, adding that non-governmental organisations should take measures
for the welfare of addicts.

Addressing the ceremony, ANF Balochistan Commander Brigadier Salim Mehmood said the force was doing its best to stop drug trafficking. He said
the ANF had seized and destroyed 8,681kg morphine, 2,335kg heroine, 33,322kg hashish and hundreds of bottles of liquor during various raids in
Balochistan in the last few months.

He said the ANF had launched a multidimensional programme to make people aware of narcotics and their effects. He said the ANF had also
arranged sports events and established rehabilitation centres for addicts in various parts of the province to reduce the demand for narcotics. Agencies.

Dear  Governor Magsi sahib,

Salam,

With all due respect, we know you have been forced to give this statemnet under duress which contradicts your earlier stand and statements that you made
in your TV interview. Military operation is still going on and who said it is stoppped. The Baloch sons are still being killied, kidnapped and made
disappeared on daily basis. If military operation is not going on then why Quetta was handed over to FC? These and many other facts clearly indicate that
military operation is still going on.  I duly request you to please stand up for Baloch land. You are a respected leader of a Baloch tribe and defending
Balochistan is your responsibility too as is to every other son of Baloch land. We expect all the Baloch leaders, Nawabs and Sardars to collectively stand up
for the motherland. Please don't give up to Baloch enemies.

Humbly yours,

Gul Mohd  Baloch, Karachi.
