A BILL (H.R. 1324): To urge the U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, to designate the Pakistan Army, a terrorist unit of Pakistan'sMilitary, as a
Pakistani terrorist organization.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America (USA) in the U.S. Congress assembled:

Section 1. Findings - U.S. Congress finds the following:

(1) The Pakistan Army, also known as the Rogue Army of criminal Tyrant General (R) Pervez Musharraf, is a terrorist unit of Pakistan's Military which
carries out terrorist military operations inside and outside of Pakistan, and it is responsible for the import, export and spread of terrorism.

(2) The Pakistan Army provides weapons to terrorists, conducts terrorist training and provides organizational, financial and planning support for
terrorist groups, namely Pakistan Muslim League, also known as the Pervez Musharraf League (PML-Q), Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM),
Pakistani Police, NAB, Commandos, Rangers, Frontier Corps, Mehran Force, Fauji Foundation, PMLQ-MQM bureaucracy/administrations and
Pakistan's intelligence agencies (MI, ISI, SSG, IB, FIA, CIA,etc.) each of which should be designated by the U.S. Secretary of State as a Pakistani
terrorist organization under section 219 of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189).

(3) The Pakistan Army, which is also rightly called the Terrorist Musharraf Army, assisted Pakistani military, paramilitary forces, intelligence
agencies, police (including IGP Syed Marwat Ali Shah & SSP Naeem Khan), city administrators (including DC Chaudhry Muhammad Ali & Magistrate
Irfan Ahmad), government ministers, PML-Q and MQM in their terrorist attacks on advocates, journalists, APDM leaders, political dissidents, women
and millions of other innocent Pakistanis in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, Punjab,Sindh, Balochistan, NWFP, FATA
(Bajaur, Khyber, Kurram, Mohmand, Orakzai, North Waziristan, South Waziristan), Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir, Pakistan, during October 1999
to 2007.

(4) Reports indicate that the Pakistan Army, using a variety of tradecraft, collects intelligence, organizes official terrorists and conducts illegal
operations of terrorist armed elements against innocent Pakistani citizens, lawyers, press-media, human rights advocates, political workers, women
and civil society activists in Pakistan.

(5) Thousands of news reports, articles and editorials about the barbarous crimes, corruption and terrorism of the Pakistan Army - published by the
Pakistani, international and American media-press during August 1947 to 2007 - clearly prove that the Pakistan Army is a Terrorist Mafia and all
current & former generals of Pakistan's evil Army Tyranny are terrorist tyrants.

(6) The Pakistan Army continues to provide support for PML-Q, MQM and many other terrorist gangs which are conducting terrorist operations
against the 165 million enslaved and oppressed citizens of Pakistan.

(7) The Pakistan Army should be designated as a Pakistani terrorist organization in order to facilitate prosecution against its corrupt generals,
criminal officers and mercenary agents (including Mahmud Ali Durrani, the Rogue Army's envoy in Washington DC) operating in Pakistan, the United
States and abroad.

(8) The Government of the United States should urge Asian, Arab, European, Australian, South American, North American, Canadian, African and
other governments not to allow members of the Pakistan Army, miliary & paramilitary forces, NAB, intelligence agencies, Pakistani Police, PML-Q
and MQM to enter their respective countries.

on the threat this Musharraf MilitaryMafia poses to Pakistan, the United States and the international community;

(2) Condemns all the acts/crimes of terrorism perpetrated by the Pakistan Army, PML-Q and MQM; and

(3) Condemns the illegal support provided by the Pakistan Army for PML- Q, MQM, armed forces, intelligence agencies, police and all other terrorist
